An in-person meeting at the office: Mon–Fri 11:00 am–5:00 pm Los Angeles time. For the meeting you need a completed three-bureau report, which management reviews in advance. Message a manager and they will suggest a time.
Form and email
The form on this page and our email accept requests around the clock. Outside business hours a manager will reply the next business morning.
Not in Los Angeles? We work in all states
Disputes with the bureaus are handled by mail, and the contract and reports can be completed online. Once a month your client manager tells you what has changed in your reports, wherever you live.
